    • Abstract:
The article offers information on antiquities, collected by psychologist Sigmund Freud, which are on display at the Freud Museum in London, England. It reports that Freud believed in making unconscious conscious during psychoanalysis to recover unconscious mental content. However it is reported that it creates a misimpression about the nature of the unconscious. Modern psychological research has demonstrated that fantasies and their motivational properties do not reside in the unconscious fully.
